We are seeking personnel for the position of Kitchen Assistant at a restaurant located in Vilassar de Mar. Responsibilities include ingredient preparation, such as cutting, peeling, and portioning food, as well as organizing ingredients prior to service. It will be necessary to maintain cleanliness and order in the kitchen, including utensils and work surfaces. You will also assist the chef with basic dish preparation and plating. Additional duties include monitoring and restocking items required for daily service, always complying with food hygiene and safety regulations. The contract is temporary, full-time, totaling 40 hours per week.
