PARKING CONTROLLER AT HOSPITAL (SALT)
We are looking for a controller to work at the parking facility in Salt, Martí i Juià, with computer skills and municipal tow truck administrative duties.
RESPONSIBILITIES Customer service (information and guidance for clients) Resolving parking incidents, including those related to the tow truck. Ensuring proper operation of ticket machines, computers, camera monitors, payment terminals, telephones, barriers, etc., and reporting any possible issues. Assisting users when required. Supporting ticket payment machines. Recording vehicle details when installations or other parked vehicles have been damaged, in order to resolve the issue through their insurance company. Immediately notifying the maintenance supervisor if damage is found in the parking area (damaged barrier, malfunctioning machine, damaged lights, etc.) and the responsible party is unknown. Counting the change deposited in the cash register at the start of the shift, in the presence of the outgoing staff member, and signing the confirmation form. Reporting any incidents that occur during the shift to the supervisor and recording them in the observations section of the revenue sheet. Cleaning the employee restroom (exclusively for workers).
