This program aims to promote the integration and cohesion of newly arrived individuals and families through various reception, guidance, and mediation projects. • Selected candidates will carry out the following tasks, supporting different municipal projects and services: • Project Coneix les Franqueses – Module C: welcoming newly arrived individuals and supporting orientation sessions about the local environment. • Interpretation and reception support service: oral and written interpretations and translations, both in-person and remote, as well as dissemination actions and coordination with professionals. • Project Orienta Dona: empowerment and social orientation sessions for newly arrived women, facilitation of groups and community activities. • Project Vincles: welcoming and involving newly arrived families in educational centers, mediation between schools and families, and linguistic and cultural support. • Other support actions: preparation of documentation, reports, activity planning, and coordination with municipal services, mediation between families and schools to foster communication and participation, collaboration with Social Services to assist families in various administrative procedures. * Experience: 1 year. • Advanced or native level of Fula and Mandinka. • Preferably university degree in education sciences and/or social fields (not essential). • Knowledge or experience in social, community, or migrant support contexts. • Good communication and teamwork skills. • Flexible availability. * Competencies / knowledge: • Previous experience in integration projects and accompaniment of newly arrived individuals. • Familiarity with local associations and social resources in the area. • Training in social, educational, or community intervention fields. • Knowledge of other languages and/or local languages. * Permanent employment contract * Part-time position (3 hours weekly) * Additional relevant information: • Fixed-term intermittent contract (project currently funded until 2027) • Workload: 3 hours per week. • Schedule: flexible, including fixed hours and others on demand from schools and the City Council. • Professional category: Youth Information Officer – Sociocultural Leisure Agreement • Immediate incorporation. • Workplace: various municipal facilities in Les Franqueses del Vallès (schools, social services, etc.).
