DESCRIPTION **Packaging Supervisor** ---------------------------- **Temporal Quality** is seeking to incorporate a **Packaging Supervisor** into its team for an important meat processing plant located near **Hostalric**. If you have experience in the meat industry and possess leadership and organizational skills, this is your opportunity! **About the position:** You will be responsible for organizing, coordinating, and supervising the vacuum packaging section. Your mission will be to ensure achievement of production, quality, food safety objectives, and effective management of your human team. We are looking for a proactive individual capable of decision-making and strongly committed to excellence. **Main responsibilities:** * **Efficiently organize and coordinate** the daily work of the packaging section. * **Supervise and lead** a team of approximately 20 people distributed across 4 production lines. * **Plan and meticulously control** the preparation and vacuum packaging of various pork products. * Guarantee strict compliance with the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and food safety (HACCP, IFS, BRC, etc.). * Ensure strict adherence to established production deadlines and optimize the performance of packaging lines. * **Proactively manage incidents** arising during the production process and propose continuous process improvements. * **Collaborate closely with other departments** (production, quality, logistics) to ensure smooth and coordinated operations. * **Control and manage packaging materials**, ensuring their availability and proper usage. * Participate in defining production plans and allocating resources. * Ensure proper maintenance and cleaning of machinery and facilities within the packaging section. * Prepare production reports and analyze results to identify areas for improvement. **Schedule** * Monday to Friday, 6:00–14:45 (45-minute break). **What we offer:** * Join a solid and growing company in the meat industry. * Permanent contract. * Competitive salary commensurate with candidate’s experience and qualifications. * Opportunities for professional development and continuous training. * A dynamic and collaborative work environment.
