The role will focus primarily on client and operational matters as well as interdepartmental relationships (sales, software development, planning, technical support, operations): * Identify actual requirements regarding contracted services. * Develop and present to clients the procedures defined for their inventories (declarations, discrepancies, final reports, etc.) according to agreements closed by sales representatives. * Establish, together with the IT department and technical writer, the technical specifications required for software developments. * Conduct preliminary testing with technical support and ensure tools function correctly before the first inventory. **In collaboration with the sales and operations teams:** * Review inventory processes and propose improvements for existing clients. * Define procedures for new clients. * Validate the feasibility of inventories. **Quality and client relationship:** * Identify quality issues reported from the field, clients, or the sales team, and define procedures needing improvement. * Provide clear and definitive responses to teams so they can act effectively with their counterparts (primarily clients), offering concrete and sustainable solutions. * Promote a culture of quality among employees and clients. **Communication:** * Gather information and disseminate it across different departments. * Ensure each client’s specific requirements are accurately communicated to field teams. * Facilitate communication between technical support, the sales department, and the client to improve service quality. **EXPECTED RESULTS** * Ensure functional coordination between the company's various departments. * Structure the workflow through the implementation of efficient and stable procedures. * Develop working methods that promote anticipation and prevention. * Leverage field experience to achieve project objectives within allocated resources (budget and deadlines). * Prepare and deliver reports and evaluations within established timeframes. * Ensure smooth and effective upward and downward communication. **PROFILE** **Knowledge and experience:** * Education level: completion of two years of higher education or vocational training after high school. * Minimum of 1 year of professional experience. * Experience in sales and/or merchandising areas will be valued. * Native-level proficiency in Italian (an initial interview will be conducted with one of our Italian collaborators). * Knowledge of French will be an advantage. **Technical skills:** * Excellent organizational abilities. * Strong oral and written communication skills. * Ability to lead meetings and work in multidisciplinary environments. **Personal competencies:** * Analytical and synthesis capabilities. * Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. * Client-oriented mindset. * Team spirit. * Pragmatism and proactivity. * Effective stress management. **POSITION CONDITIONS** * Permanent contract with immediate start in Barcelona (Spain). * Salary: 23,500 gross euros annually. * Regular travel to Italy. * Initial training period in France. * Benefits: Company PC and mobile phone, meal vouchers.
