Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to efficiently manage payroll and personnel administration processes, acting as an HRBP and supporting talent development and workplace climate. It includes payroll processing, incident handling, employee onboarding and offboarding, contracts, sick leaves (ITs), labor documentation, and liaison with official agencies, among others. * You will also act as an HRBP at assigned sites, supporting managers and teams, monitoring staff, conducting exit interviews and risk identification, and coordinating onboarding. * You will participate in performance evaluations, supporting goal setting, action plans, and talent identification and development. * You will keep organizational information updated and collaborate on job descriptions, training, and implementation of People & Culture policies. * You will supervise attendance records, vacation scheduling, and resolve employee inquiries. * You will manage Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) at your assigned sites. * You will monitor workplace climate and act as a partner to managers and senior leadership. A Master’s in HR is desirable. * 1–2 years of experience in comprehensive payroll management. * Prior experience in the described HRBP functions is desirable. * Availability to start in mid-August or early September.
