We are looking for a Systems Administrator to ensure the administration, operation, security, and evolution of corporate systems, communications, infrastructure, and Cloud services, guaranteeing their availability, performance, and alignment with business needs. **Responsibilities:** * Operate information systems, telecommunications, and infrastructure, including preventive (backups, recovery), evolutionary, and corrective maintenance. * Administer Windows and Linux systems, both on physical servers and virtualized environments (VMware/Hyper-V). * Manage directory services and key components: Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPOs. * Perform performance tuning, optimization, and capacity management. * Operate and support on-premise and cloud-based corporate platforms (Microsoft 365, Azure). * Manage application or service requests, changes, and deployments. * Administer basic networks: routing, switching, VLANs, VPNs, and firewalls. * Handle second- and third-level incidents, analyzing and resolving complex infrastructure issues. * Maintain business continuity and contingency plans applicable to the systems domain. * Keep the inventory of IT assets, communications, and infrastructure up to date. * Prepare technical documentation, operational procedures, and support guides. * Periodically report on the status of systems, communications, and incidents. * Ensure compliance with security measures, internal regulations, and applicable data protection legislation. * Ensure proper application of security policies and system usage policies. * Create PowerShell or Bash scripts to automate recurring tasks. * Manage monitoring tools (Nagios, Dynatrace, Netwrix, PRTG, or equivalents). * Create, test, and maintain Ansible playbooks, roles, and inventories, using modules for Windows and Linux. **What We Offer:** * Join a leading, established, and expanding company in the sector. * Flexible working hours. * Progress meetings to review and analyze goal achievement. * Continuous training in a pleasant work environment with strong personal commitment and motivation. * Work modality: During the training and adaptation period, it will be 100% on-site. After this period, the candidate may request adherence to the hybrid remote work model. * Flexible compensation (medical insurance, savings insurance, childcare voucher, transportation voucher, and training voucher) and meal voucher. **Requirements:** --------------- **Mandatory:** * Experience administering Windows Server and/or Linux systems. * Solid knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPOs, and basic security. * Experience with Microsoft 365 platforms (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint). * Knowledge of Azure (virtual machines, networking, identities, monitoring). * Experience with virtualization (VMware and/or Hyper-V). * Networking knowledge: routing, switching, VLANs, VPNs, and firewalls. * Experience with backup, recovery, snapshots, and operational continuity. * Basic/intermediate scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Bash). * Experience in system monitoring. **Desirable:** * Experience with automation using Ansible (playbooks, roles, inventories). * Advanced knowledge of enterprise monitoring tools. * Experience managing changes and deploying services in hybrid environments. * Technical certifications (Microsoft, Linux, VMware, Azure, ITIL, or related). * Experience in performance analysis and capacity planning.
