You will join Agentic Commerce initiatives, helping our clients redefine the digital commerce experience through data, predictive models, generative AI, and cutting-edge cloud architectures. **Responsibilities** * Design and develop data and AI platforms for digital commerce, personalization, and customer experience use cases. * Define cloud architectures and data pipelines to deploy Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions in a scalable and secure manner. * Implement solutions based on LLMs, AI agents, RAG, and other advanced capabilities in production environments. * Collaborate with strategy, customer experience, product, and technology teams to turn data into actionable intelligence and accelerate decision-making. **Key Accountabilities** * Lead the design of data and AI architectures aligned with e-commerce clients’ business objectives. * Define technical standards, integration patterns, and best practices for enterprise-scale AI solution development and deployment. * Oversee the implementation of cloud platforms using technologies such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform. * Identify new opportunities for applying generative AI within digital commerce ecosystems. * Ensure scalability, resilience, security, and governance of implemented solutions. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper adoption and evolution of developed technological capabilities. **Mandatory Requirements** * More than 10 years of professional experience in Data Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Platforms, or Solution Architecture. * Experience in e-commerce, digital commerce, or customer experience projects. * Experience designing and implementing data and AI platforms in cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP). * Experience building scalable data architectures and advanced analytics solutions. * Experience developing and deploying Machine Learning and AI solutions in production environments. * Experience applying Generative AI technologies, including LLMs, AI agents, RAG, or fine-tuning techniques. * Advanced English proficiency. * Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, or related disciplines. **Desirable Requirements** * Experience in Agentic Commerce initiatives. * Experience in MLOps, ModelOps, and AI model governance. * Experience leading data- and AI-driven digital transformations. * Cloud certifications in Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform. * Knowledge of Catalan. * Experience working in international organizations and cross-functional environments.
