Job Summary: We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented person to join a workshop in Cerdanyola del Vallès, responsible for production, precise cutting, assembly, quality control, and maintenance. Independent and team-based work, with emphasis on quality control We seek a person with strong organizational skills and attention to detail to join our workshop in Cerdanyola del Vallès. In this position, your role will be crucial in the production process and in the care of our products. You will handle various types of profiles, performing cuts with absolute precision, carrying out assemblies, and ensuring adjustments meet the highest quality standards. You must be proficient in using a variety of tools—both manual and electric—such as drills, saws, and miter saws, to execute each task flawlessly. You will also participate in general facility maintenance and perform specific technical adjustments to ensure optimal functionality and long service life of manufactured components. Quality control will be an essential part of your responsibilities, verifying that final outputs—including doors and structural elements—meet all requirements, with special attention to details to guarantee a perfect finish. Autonomous management of responsibilities—following blueprints or technical instructions efficiently—is highly valued. It is important that you can work independently once instructions are provided, while demonstrating responsibility, punctuality, and a positive attitude toward collaboration with the rest of the team. Prior experience operating workshop machinery and precision tools is essential, preferably in sectors such as aluminum carpentry, woodworking, or industrial maintenance. Proven prior workshop experience (preferably in aluminum carpentry, woodworking, or industrial maintenance). Ability to work independently after receiving instructions. Proficiency in operating workshop machinery and precision tools. Responsible, punctual individual with strong teamwork capabilities. Resident of Cerdanyola or nearby areas.
