This opportunity is for you!** We are currently seeking to hire an **SAT TECHNICIAN** for our **Professional Services** team, serving the entire **MALLORCA** region. **What will your responsibilities be?** * On-site resolution of technical incidents (hardware and software). * Preventive maintenance and software/firmware upgrades. * Advanced installation of ALVIC solutions. * Technical training for customers and pre-installation site visits. * Remote technical support and ticket escalation. * Stock management and compliance with internal protocols. **What are we looking for?** * Technical education (Vocational Training Level 1 or Level 2 in Electricity, Electronics, Mechatronics, Networks, etc.). * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles. * Knowledge of electrical/electronic schematics and use of manual tools. * Empathetic, solution-oriented, proactive individual with strong customer orientation. * Ability to work under pressure and collaboratively in a team. * Willingness to travel and occasionally stay overnight, as well as availability for on-call shifts. **What do we offer?** * A stable project within a solid and continuously evolving company. * Flexible compensation plan. * Working hours Monday to Friday (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM). * Excellent working environment and dynamic team. * Continuous training and growth opportunities. **Are you interested in joining ALVIC?** We want to meet you!
