Job Summary: We are seeking a Software Engineer with expertise in .NET and experience designing MVC/MVVM applications to join the team developing our strategic in-store payment system (New PoS). We take pride in taking fashion beyond boundaries, connecting our unique style with people worldwide. **YOUR NEW ROLE:** We are looking for a Software Engineer proficient in .NET and with extensive experience designing applications using MVC/MVVM patterns to join our team responsible for developing and implementing the in-store payment system—New PoS (Point of Sale)—one of the Company’s most strategic projects. We operate in over 100 countries, with more than 2,300 stores and over 4,000 PoS worldwide. We value diversity, so our teams are multidisciplinary, organized into squads comprising a Product Owner (PO), several Business Key Users, a UX/UI specialist, a QA specialist, a Tech Lead, and multiple Software Engineers working collaboratively. We apply agile methodologies (Scrum framework) because we aim to deliver value to Mango’s customers daily and continuously adapt to feedback and changing circumstances. On a day-to-day basis: * Your main objective will be to participate in the development and implementation of the New POS (Point of Sale) * You will design technical components and integrations. * You will develop front-end components using MAUI and back-end components (.NET / C#) * In collaboration with other teams, you will implement integration components with external platforms (MongoDB, ELK, Mulesoft, Kafka, SAP). * You will ensure the technical quality of all components by reviewing pull requests, unit tests, etc. * You will participate in integration testing, coordinating with relevant teams. **ABOUT YOU:** * Degree in Computer Engineering or related field. * You are an organized, proactive, customer-oriented individual who enjoys teamwork and embraces new challenges. * You are curious and drawn to emerging technologies and Generative AI. * Advanced English proficiency is highly valued. * Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a Software Engineer. * Strong knowledge of the .NET platform (Core and Framework). * Design patterns and best practices, including MVC, MVVM, and Clean Architecture. * Experience programming in C#. * Experience with Entity Framework and SQL Server. * Experience building RESTful APIs. * Experience programming with MAUI. * Advanced use of GIT and Bitbucket or similar tools. **Highly Desirable:** * Experience with oAuth2.0 and/or OpenId. * Experience with Microservices. * Unit testing (Moq, MSTest, xUnit), TDD (mandatory). * CI/CD principles and implementation. * Security-focused development and secure coding practices. * Agile – Scrum. * Node, React, Ionic, Flutter, HTML, CSS. * Microsoft Azure (Web Apps, API, Management, SQL Azure, etc.) – Certifications are valued. * Other technologies: MongoDB, ELK, Docker, k8s, Kafka. * Microsoft certifications. **YOUR BENEFITS:** * Immediate hiring under an indefinite contract. * Flexible working hours (you may start between 8:00–9:30 AM and finish between 5:00–7:00 PM), with a shortened workday every Friday (start between 8:00–9:30 AM and finish between 2:00–3:30 PM), plus most holiday eves. * Our offices are located in Palau-Solità i Plegamans. * Up to 50% remote work possibility. * 35% discount across all our product lines. * Technical training opportunities on platforms such as O'Reilly, as well as language and personal development skill courses—we support your continuous professional and personal growth! * Employee referral program—you can participate in talent acquisition for our teams and receive rewards for successful referrals! * Free company transportation from Barcelona and Vallès to our headquarters. * On-site physiotherapy service and changing rooms for those who enjoy exercising during their free time. * Workshops, meetups, practice communities, team-building activities, and company-wide meetings. * Flexible compensation package with tax advantages: private health insurance, training, meal vouchers, childcare support, etc. * On-site cafeteria and kitchen at headquarters.
