We are looking for a professional experienced in creating, training, and optimizing **artificial intelligence models**. The selected candidate will be responsible for **designing and implementing AI solutions** using cutting-edge tools, contributing to the development of innovative projects within our company. We need a candidate with experience in **training artificial intelligence models**, possessing knowledge in: **C# and Python**, **Microsoft Agent Framework** or **Semantic Kernel or AutoGen**, **Advanced English (C1) is required** **What will you do?** Design and refactor prompts for agents (planner, executor, critic, validator, etc.) * Optimize prompt performance (output quality, determinism, cost (tokens / latency)) * Define prompt contracts (expected inputs, output schema, failure rules) * Work with multi-agent workflows (orchestration, hand-offs, auto-critique / self-reflection) * Measure and improve (prompt drift, hallucinations, semantic inconsistencies) * Collaborate with backend / data / product teams to (integrate prompts into real pipelines, align outputs with business rules) **What can we offer you?** * Permanent contract: From day one, with option of 12 or 14 annual payments. * Hybrid work model: Offices in Barcelona; initially 2 days per week onsite, decreasing over time. * Flexible schedule: Monday–Thursday flexibility between 8:30 and 18:00. Friday: 08:00–14:00.
