We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join Cofidis Spain’s Project Office. Mission Plan and manage the tasks required to execute a project, ensuring alignment with Cofidis’ strategy and oversight of predefined objectives. Supervise the design, development, implementation, and subsequent maintenance of the project. Provide all participants with a clear understanding of the project’s goals and success criteria, then guide them toward achieving those objectives. Lead and coordinate the project team to foster commitment to project goals and collaborative decision-making, implementing established project management processes and methodologies while ensuring team adherence. Balance project constraints—including time, budget, and stakeholders’ objectives—by effectively utilizing available resources. Establish guidelines and effective communication channels to ensure smooth and efficient interaction both within the project team and with stakeholders and suppliers. Manage alerts and resolve incidents related to assigned projects. Anticipate potential threats and opportunities through identification and management of project-related risks. What Do We Offer? Requirements University degree. One year of experience as a Project Manager / Assistant Project Manager. Knowledge of project planning software (e.g., Microsoft Project, etc.) is desirable.
