If you are motivated by working on impactful projects, professional growth, and contributing value based on your experience, **this is the right place for you**. **Your Mission** As a **Data Engineer**, your mission will be to **build and maintain pipelines that ensure data reliably, cleanly, and quickly reaches its destination—from source to decision-makers—**, contributing to business and people development while aligning your work with the company’s strategy. **What Will You Do Daily?** * Design, develop, and maintain data architectures (Data Lakes, Data Warehouse) * Build complex **ETL** processes for ingestion and transformation of data from diverse sources. * Optimize query performance and ensure data integrity * Collaborate with Data Scientists and Analysts to provide analysis-ready datasets. * Implement CI/CD best practices applied to data (DataOps) **Requirements** * University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related fields. * Approximately 4 years of experience as a Data Engineer or in similar roles. * Technical knowledge: + Advanced proficiency in **Python**, expert-level **SQL** + Experience with **Big Data Frameworks** + Solid experience in cloud environments (**Azure, AWS**) + Experience with **orchestrators** + Knowledge of modern **Data Warehouses**, such as **Snowflake** or **BigQuery** + Experience with containers (**Docker/Kubernetes**) and version control (Git) + Strong skills in data visualization tools such as **Power BI** or **Tableau**, with proven experience handling large-scale datasets and data storage concepts * High level of English (C1\) **Highly Valued** * Experience with real-time streaming architectures (**Kafka, RabbitMQ**) * Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (**Terraform**) * **Agile mindset** and experience in collaborative environments. **What We Offer** * Stable / innovative / international project aligned with your experience. * Permanent contract. * Work modality: hybrid, depending on the project. * Flexible working hours. * Recognition program “3 C’s” (Commitment, Communication, Customer Orientation), with monetary incentives for winners. * Career development plan and continuous training.
