We work with clients across multiple sectors and are looking to hire a Junior Programmer with a solid technical foundation in web development, logical problem-solving skills, and a genuine desire to grow within a team that values talent and continuous learning. ### **What We’re Looking For** We seek a **Junior Programmer**, with a genuine interest in software development and technology. We do not seek a purely academic or theory-focused profile; rather, we want someone who is **practical, proactive, and eager to learn**, and who wishes to grow with us by building and improving real-world applications. ### **Your Responsibilities** **Web Development and Front-End Implementation** * Developing websites on our proprietary platform and participating in new projects. * Structuring content in HTML and CSS for CMS and landing pages. * Using frameworks such as Bootstrap or Tailwind to build interfaces. **CMS and Content Management** * Installing, configuring, and performing basic maintenance of CMS (e.g., WordPress, PrestaShop, Magento, or others). * Managing plugins, modules, and updating pages across different environments. **Integration and Data** * Basic handling of data structures such as JSON, XML, and YAML. * Supporting basic integrations with databases (e.g., MySQL, Firebase, Supabase). **Web Support and Maintenance** * Managing basic incidents related to hosting, CMS, or website functionality. * Assisting with website migrations between servers or platforms. **Tools and Optimization** * Using development tools such as Chrome DevTools. * Supporting configuration of web analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager). * Using AI tools to assist development. ### **✅ Requirements** * Education in Web Development, Computer Engineering, DAW/ASIR, or equivalent (or demonstrable self-taught experience). * Basic knowledge of **HTML, CSS, and JavaScript**. * Familiarity with web front-end implementation and/or CMS usage (e.g., WordPress or others). * Basic knowledge of data integration and consumption (JSON/XML). * Ability to use development tools (e.g., Chrome DevTools). * Organizational skills and ability to work collaboratively. * Interest in web development and eagerness to learn. * Technical English proficiency is a plus. ### **You’ll Stand Out If…** * You have foundational knowledge of **PHP, MVC, and jQuery**. * You are familiar with **API consumption**. * You are interested in learning about **web optimization and performance**. * You have used development tools such as **Chrome DevTools**. * You have hands-on experience with projects (personal, internship, or freelance). ### ### **What We Offer** * Indefinite part-time contract, with potential to transition to full-time. * Hybrid position: office at Consell de Cent \+ remote work on Fridays. * **Rational Schedule:** Mon–Thu 09:00–13:00 \| Friday 09:00–13:00 (**Remote Work**). * **Elite Training:** Free access to our **200-hour Digital Marketing Master Program** (valued at thousands of euros) \+ weekly training sessions. * **Salary:** To be agreed upon based on merit. * Birthday day off. * Genuine growth plan: At Avidalia, we promote from within.
