




Job Summary: We are seeking an autonomous industrial maintenance technician to ensure the proper operation of heavy machinery, manage inventory, and comply with safety protocols, with technical decision-making capability and a focus on efficiency. Ability to diagnose malfunctions and implement maintenance plans We need to hire a person to perform maintenance and repair tasks for machinery at a plant located in Ullastrell. The job involves ensuring that high-tonnage equipment—such as dryers, mills, ultrarotors, and mixers—operates correctly to prevent production interruptions. Proficiency with workshop tools, precise welding skills, and the ability to rapidly resolve technical malfunctions are required. This full-time position includes inventory control of spare parts, organization of the workspace, and adherence to industrial safety protocols. It also entails managing external interventions and scheduling annual preventive and corrective maintenance inspections. We seek an autonomous individual capable of making technical decisions and committed to operational efficiency within an industrial environment. Knowledge of welding, motor and gearbox repair. Prior experience with heavy industrial machinery—such as dryers, mills, and mixers—is required. Ability to diagnose malfunctions and execute preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
