Job Summary: Tragsatec is seeking a Project Draftsman to support the General Secretariat, performing tasks related to drafting plans and preparing technical documentation for building projects. Advanced use of AUTOCAD **Positions Available** ---------------------- 1 **Company** ----------- Tragsatec **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Tecnologías y Servicios Agrarios, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., a subsidiary of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in engineering, consultancy, and technical assistance services in agricultural, livestock, forestry, and environmental matters, seeks to hire 1 Project Draftsman to support the General Secretariat in a 100% remote work modality. **Functions and Tasks** ---------------------- * Surveying as-built drawings. * Interpreting and reviewing project basic drawings and documentation. * Preparing graphical and technical documentation for building projects, using computer-aided design (CAD) software. * Collaborating in drafting reports, specifications, measurements, budgets, presentations, and other required studies. * Preliminary sizing and, where applicable, final sizing of installation components under the instructions of the responsible technical officer. * Digitizing technical information and graphical documents of projects. * Standardizing drawing and representation processes, such as: scales, formats, external references, layers, text size, etc. * Organizing and maintaining up-to-date records of graphical and technical documentation. * Reviewing, identifying, and resolving potential issues in drawings or drawing files. * Editing, publishing, or printing graphical documentation prepared in PDF and/or paper format. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with the requirements and/or merits must be substantiated by completing evaluation tests and/or attaching the necessary documentation in the “Annexes” section of the registration questionnaire. The Tragsa Group reserves the right to request at any time during the process the supporting documents for the data provided in the application, as well as to require additional information from the curriculum vitae whenever necessary to verify the stated requirements and/or merits detailed in this job posting. ### **Education** #### **Qualification** * You hold an official Higher Technician qualification in specializations enabling performance of the Draftsman role, in accordance with applicable Spanish legal regulations (FPII/CFGS in Building Construction and/or Civil Engineering) (qualifications officially recognized in Spain) #### **Additional Training** * Advanced level in AUTOCAD (to be verified during technical assessment) * Basic/user or higher level in Microsoft Office (to be verified during technical assessment) * Basic level in photo design and editing software (to be verified during technical assessment) ### **Previous Experience** * At least 1 year of professional experience in surveying as-built drawings (to be verified during technical assessment) * At least 1 year of professional experience in drafting plans and documents for building, renovation, activity licensing, and/or legalization of works and installations (prepared according to Spanish regulations) (to be verified during technical assessment) **Merits (Evaluable)** ------------------------ ### **Previous Experience** * From 1 year to 2 years of professional experience in drafting plans and documents for building, renovation, activity licensing, and/or legalization of works and installations, prepared according to Spanish regulations (to be verified during technical assessment) * From 3 months to 1 year of professional experience in drafting specific plans for passive fire protection systems (evacuation, occupancy capacity, compartmentation, etc.) and accessibility, prepared according to Spanish regulations (to be verified during technical assessment) * From 1 year to 2 years of professional experience in surveying as-built drawings (to be verified during technical assessment) * From 3 months to 1 year of professional experience in drafting plans and documentation for listed buildings, preferably involving municipal procedures for historical heritage protection (to be verified during technical assessment) **Observations** ----------------- * OFFERED: + Fixed-term contract estimated at 2 months, extendable up to a maximum total duration of 9 months, if applicable. + Full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week The application period will remain open from today, 08/05/2026, until 18/05/2026 at 23:59h (Peninsular Time).
