As part of our positioning as a leading company in the defense sector, we aim to strengthen our team with an RF Microelectronics Engineer – Innovation Project at the Advanced Electronics Innovation Center for strategic defense-related projects. What will you do? Characterization of transistors and RF designs using advanced laboratory equipment. Analysis of requirements and technical specifications, as well as definition of circuit- and system-level architectures. Design of MMICs, HPAs, LNAs, filters, etc., and integration into modules. Collaborate in prototype development and validation. Document and present design results and technical findings. Work in a hybrid environment, combining on-site laboratory work and remote work. What are we looking for in you? Degree in Telecommunications Engineering (specialization in communication systems or electronics), Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Physics, or related field. Knowledge and experience in monolithic or hybrid RF circuit design, both at component and module level. Experience with semiconductor-based technologies such as Gallium Nitride (GaN), other Group III–V compounds, or materials like Silicon and Germanium is highly valued. Proficiency in electromagnetic, thermal, and signal simulation tools. Experience with ADS, Keysight, AWR, or Cadence software is highly desirable. Hands-on experience with RF laboratory instrumentation: network/spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a hybrid environment.
