The company provides civil engineering and building construction services, among others, with over 40 years of experience in the sector. Responsibilities * Performing duties as a First-Class Skilled Worker. * Maintenance and upkeep of roads (pothole and pavement repairs, crack and joint sealing, shoulder repairs, ditch cleaning, drainage systems, and masonry works). * Maintenance of road signage (installation, replacement, and repair of vertical signs, delineators, markers, and reflective elements, as well as road marking painting). * Maintenance of safety elements (guardrails or other containment systems). * Repair of walls, curbs, and ditches; construction/repair of small drainage works; pipes. * Paving and cobblestone laying. * Operation of tools and machinery specific to the trade. * Compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and risk prevention standards. Requirements * Minimum 5 years’ experience as a First-Class Skilled Worker. * Proficiency in civil engineering works (paving, cobblestone laying). * Ability to work autonomously. * Experience in road maintenance and upkeep. * 20-hour Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) course specifically for construction, plus valid construction industry professional cards. * Residence in the Don Benito area is desirable. * Valid driving license category B1\. * Additional driving licenses are considered an advantage. * Enthusiasm to join a stable, serious, committed company focused strongly on meeting established deadlines.
