A paper manufacturing company based in Lleida offers a position with an indefinite employment contract. Expected start date: 10/01/2026. Work modality: Hybrid. Flexible working hours from 08:00 to 18:00, including statutory breaks. Gross monthly remuneration (14 payments, 8 hours/day): EUR 2,500. Required profile: Higher Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS) in Administration or International Trade, or a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management, or a similar qualification. Minimum two years’ experience in roles related to purchasing, procurement, or purchase administration, as well as hands-on experience with SAP or other ERP systems for procurement management. Minimum English proficiency level B2 and strong command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Knowledge of accounting, supplier management, and chain-of-custody certification (PEFC/FSC) will be considered advantageous. Manage and monitor purchase orders in SAP. Coordinate transportation and logistics for procurement activities, ensuring delivery deadlines are met. Administratively manage supplier relationships and maintain up-to-date supplier information in internal systems. Analyze price trends of raw materials and monitor associated costs. Allocate transportation costs to purchase prices and manage related documentation. Certify supplier incoming volumes when required. Manage stock reservations exceeding daily limits and carry out associated administrative tasks. Support invoice control in coordination with the Administration Department. Participate in the management and monitoring of the Purchasing Department’s ISO system, promoting continuous improvement initiatives. Attend goods reception according to the established schedule. Comply with quality, environmental, and occupational risk prevention policies, maintaining order and cleanliness at the workplace. * 24 months of experience.
