Job Summary: We are seeking an organized individual to manage weighing operations, logistics, documentation, and driver reception, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and traceability. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages vehicle weighing and controls the entry/exit of freight vehicles. 2. Handles logistics documentation, including dangerous goods (ADR). 3. Receives drivers and ensures compliance with safety regulations. We seek a candidate to join our team and take on key responsibilities in weighing and logistics management. Main duties include supervising and recording the entry and exit of freight vehicles—including general cargo and tankers—using an electronic weighbridge. This control is essential for detailed tracking of materials and products, guaranteeing efficiency and traceability in every movement. Additionally, the position involves managing all logistics documentation. This includes preparing and handling delivery notes, waybills, and all paperwork required for goods transportation, with special attention to dangerous goods (ADR). It is crucial to ensure that all documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with current regulations. You will also serve as the main point of contact for drivers visiting the facility. This entails receiving them, verifying their compliance with safety regulations and use of personal protective equipment, and communicating internal safety guidelines. All relevant information will be accurately recorded in the management system. We require an organized individual with strong attention to detail and the ability to follow strict safety protocols. Temporary contract. Minimum education: Compulsory Secondary Education. Prior experience in similar roles—such as weighbridge operator, logistics clerk, or receptionist in industrial environments—is desirable. Proficiency in computer tools is required, including Excel, SAP, or specific weighing software. Knowledge of dangerous goods transportation regulations is highly valued. We seek an organized individual with attention to detail and the ability to work following rigorous safety protocols. Completion of a forklift operator course is considered an advantage.
