Values: Processes, Respectful Treatment, Teamwork, Innovation, and Integrity. **Position** We are looking for an **Administrative Assistant** to join our team and support the company’s daily operations, including administrative, accounting, and customer service tasks. **Responsibilities** * In-person, telephone, and email customer service. * Management of documentation related to sales, rentals, and machinery repairs. * Coordination with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure high-quality customer service. * Recording of orders, delivery notes, and invoices in the management system. * Filing and maintenance of documentation. * **(Bonus)** Support in basic accounting tasks: reconciliations, monitoring of receivables and payables. **Requirements** * Education in administration or equivalent experience. * Proficiency with office software (Word, Excel, email). * Strong communication, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills. * Prior customer service experience and/or basic accounting knowledge is advantageous. * Ability to work collaboratively and service-oriented mindset. * Availability to work in Lleida (Polígon dels Frares/Magraners).
