**Responsibilities:**
* Assessments and evaluations of new users.
* Medication control and required recordkeeping.
* Monitoring scheduled medical appointments for users.
* Following up with each user’s physician and psychiatrist when appointments are scheduled.
* Submitting each user’s medication prescription to the pharmacy for dispensing.
* Updating user documentation as needed, incorporating medical updates and timely records.
* Conducting blood, urine, and other required diagnostic tests annually for all center users—and additionally whenever medically necessary—for external medical visits.
* Daily health checks during users’ bathing time to identify potential service needs.
* Participating in the development of Individualized Support Plans (PAIs).
* Monitoring epileptic seizures to maintain accurate records.
* Daily monitoring of users’ sphincter function to enable appropriate control and possible follow-up actions.
* In the absence of management, **assuming personnel management, incident resolution, and supervision** of center operations.
Salary: 34\.000,00€\-36\.000,00€ per year
