DESCRIPTION We are looking to hire 3 Fullstack MERN Developers to participate in a top-tier international technological project within a global leader company providing digital solutions for the financial and investment sectors. This position targets professionals with solid experience in Fullstack development using React, NodeJS, and MongoDB, who wish to join a highly technological, stable environment working on long-term projects. You will be involved in the development and evolution of modern web applications, actively contributing to building new features, optimizing existing platforms, and continuously evolving the product—collaborating with international teams and in agile work environments. The project offers an attractive technical context, with real potential for professional growth, technical autonomy, and participation in initiatives directly impacting strategic corporate platforms. Additionally, you will join a team focused on quality, sound development practices, and continuous improvement. This role is fully remote from Colombia, with occasional onsite attendance at offices in Bogotá, enabling a balance between flexibility, stability, and international collaboration. REQUIREMENTS **Technical Requirements** ----------------------- * Solid experience in Fullstack development with React, NodeJS, and MongoDB. * Experience developing REST APIs. * Knowledge and experience with non-relational databases. * Proficient use of Git and version control. * Experience in developing and maintaining corporate web applications. * Understanding of the software lifecycle: deployments, maintenance, log management, and evolutionary support. * Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code. * Experience troubleshooting and debugging applications. **Non-technical Requirements** -------------------------- * Advanced B2 level English. * Ability to work collaboratively in teams and across international boundaries. * Proactive, autonomous, and results-oriented profile. * Strong communication skills. * Focus on quality and continuous improvement. * Interest in continuous learning and technological evolution.
