




Job Summary: We are seeking a Hospitality Professional oriented toward quality and people management to energize the cafeteria, serve customers, and coordinate teams. Key Highlights: 1. Commitment to social and inclusive values The Ilersis Private Foundation needs to incorporate a HOSPITALITY PROFESSIONAL into one of our cafeterias/restaurants. We seek a person to join the entity’s project, with a focus on quality and people management. Responsibilities and tasks to be performed: • Responsibility for energizing the cafeteria. • Customer service and advisory support. • Coordination with dining room and kitchen staff. • Support in typical hospitality tasks and point-of-sale management. • Cash handling. • Event and catering services. * Experience: 1 year. Minimum 1 year of experience required in the hospitality, restaurant, or retail sector. Experience working with persons with disabilities and/or at risk of social exclusion is desirable. * Medium-level Vocational Training Certificate (FP de Grau Mig) * Catalan (spoken: intermediate, written: intermediate) * Spanish (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Competencies / knowledge: • Organizational ability, initiative, and capacity to energize activities. • Communication skills and customer orientation. • Commitment to the social and inclusive values of the Ilersis Foundation. * Driving license: B * Permanent employment contract * Full-time schedule * Other relevant information: • Availability and flexibility in working hours are required. • Joining a project with social and community impact. • Dynamic and collaborative work environment. • Hiring and conditions according to collective agreement.
