COMMERCIAL INTERN (M/F)

We are looking for a person to join us as an Internal Commercial Manager, who will play a key role in attending to and advising our customers. Electro-Neumàtica Lleida S.A. continues to grow, and we want to welcome into our team a proactive individual with a commercial vocation and interest in the technical field. We are a company with over 40 years of experience, specializing in supplying and providing technical advice to industry and professionals in areas such as pneumatics and compressed air, pumping, plumbing, air conditioning, heating, and fluid control. Customer service and advisory support at our store. Telephone assistance and handling of commercial inquiries. Technical and commercial advisory services on products and solutions for: Pneumatics and compressed air. Pumping and water pumps. Plumbing. Air conditioning and heating. Fluid control and regulation. Preparation of quotations and order management. Customer follow-up and support for their technical needs. Warehouse management and organization. Collaboration with other team members to ensure high-quality customer service. * Minimum 1 year of experience. Experience in a similar role or within the industrial sector. Experience in this sector will be valued. * MIDDLE-LEVEL VOCATIONAL TRAINING DIPLOMA (FP) * Catalan (spoken: intermediate, written: intermediate) * Spanish (spoken: intermediate, written: intermediate) * Competencies / knowledge: Knowledge of pneumatics, pumping, plumbing, air conditioning, or fluid control. Technical/commercial profile. Ability to understand customer needs and offer the most suitable solution. Teamwork skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills when dealing with the public. Vocational training qualifications (FP) or technical education related to the sector will be valued. Mastery of all areas is not required from day one: we especially value enthusiasm for learning, a positive attitude, and willingness to develop professionally within the company.
