Key moment of technical evolution and good balance Description **Senior .NET Developer (Barcelona | Hybrid)** I am working with a technology company in Barcelona that has developed a **sports video analytics platform**, used by **top-tier international sports clubs and federations** to analyze performance, support decision-making, and process real-time data. This is a product-driven environment where software, data, and architecture are fully integrated, and the team is at a key moment of technical evolution. **The Role** We are seeking a **Senior .NET Developer** with strong technical capability and architectural vision to join a growing team. This is clearly a **hands-on role**, where you will continue daily development work, while also playing a key part as the **technical reference for a team of 6 developers**, influencing: * architecture decisions * best practices and code quality * technical evolution of the product You will work across an ecosystem of interconnected applications (web, desktop, and mobile), tackling real challenges in: * scalability * technical debt * technology migrations * system integration **Responsibilities** * Develop features in business-critical applications * Act as **technical reference for a team of 6 developers** * Lead architectural evolution toward microservices * Participate in technology migrations (.NET 8 and newer versions) * Promote best practices, code quality, and technical standards * Design robust and scalable solutions * Collaborate with the team and contribute technical judgment to key decisions **Tech Stack** * .NET (core of the environment) * Microservice architecture * Blazor (frontend across several applications) * .NET MAUI (cross-platform desktop applications) * REST APIs * Docker * Google Cloud * Data Warehouse / data processing Nice-to-have: * Experience with cross-platform environments (especially Mac) * Experience with high-load or high-volume data systems * Knowledge of testing, performance, and concurrency **Conditions** ?
