We are looking for a person to join the team as a **Full Stack Developer**, driving Aurela’s technological evolution, accelerating value delivery, and building a robust and scalable technical foundation. #### **Responsibilities** * Propose and develop new product features—both backend (Python/Django) and frontend (TypeScript/Next.js)—ensuring continuous value delivery. * Evolve and optimize existing features, guaranteeing quality, performance, and scalability in a growing environment. * Design and maintain APIs, external integrations (e.g., Stripe), and internal services—prioritizing stability and clarity. * Ensure engineering best practices (testing, clean code, modularity), maintaining a solid and sustainable architecture. * Participate in key technical decisions and in defining product evolution—in direct coordination with the CTO and product and business teams. * Manage and improve cloud infrastructure and containerized services. * Collaborate fluidly with the rest of the team—sharing knowledge and working under Agile methodologies. * Contribute to the development and consolidation of internal technical expertise, helping build a robust, shared technological foundation within Aurela. **Our tech stack:** Python, Django, TypeScript, Next.js, Microsoft Azure, PostgreSQL, Redis, Docker, Jira, Git, Stripe. #### **Requirements** * Prior full-stack development experience, working end-to-end on backend, frontend, and production deployments. * Strong proficiency in Python and Django. * Experience developing with TypeScript or Next.js—or equivalent frameworks. * Proficiency in relational databases (preferably PostgreSQL). * Experience working in cloud environments (preferably Azure) and ability to enhance existing infrastructures. * Proficiency in Docker for developing and deploying containerized services. * Experience integrating external services (e.g., payments, subscriptions, webhooks). * Experience using Redis (or equivalent) for caching, queues, or performance improvements. * Application of engineering best practices (e.g., testing, clean code, DDD, modular/hexagonal architecture). * Experience working in multidisciplinary teams using Agile methodologies. * Spanish-language communication and technical reading in English. **Bonus points for:** * Knowledge of healthtech or regulated environments. * Prior experience in startups or growing product teams. #### **Benefits** * Be part of an ambitious, high-impact project and team. * 28 days of vacation. * Offices in central Barcelona (2 days of remote work per week). * Opportunities for professional development.
