We are looking to bring on board a **Symfony Developer** eager to continue growing within a collaborative, technically demanding, and purpose-driven environment. #### **What will be your mission?** You will join the development team to contribute to the building, evolution, and maintenance of robust and scalable backend solutions, working closely with designers, CRO specialists, analysts, developers, and other roles. #### **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:** * Development and maintenance of backend applications using **Symfony**. * Design and implementation of scalable APIs and services. * Participation in technical decision-making and architecture definition. * Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams in agile environments. * Optimization of performance, code quality, and best practices. * Analysis and resolution of technical incidents. * Occasional coordination with client teams, with **willingness to attend client offices in Madrid as required by the project**. REQUIREMENTS #### **Who are we looking for? A candidate who matches these skills:** * Professional experience developing with **PHP and Symfony**. * Solid knowledge of backend architecture and design patterns. * Experience working with REST APIs. * Proficiency with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL). * Experience using version control (Git) and CI tools such as Jenkins. * Ability to work collaboratively and communicate clearly. * Residence in **Madrid** or surrounding areas. #### **Nice-to-have qualifications:** * Experience designing decoupled architectures and/or microservices * Experience with Kubernetes. * Experience in cloud environments. * Interest in continuous improvement, technical excellence, and best practices. * Prior experience in agency settings or projects involving end clients. #### **Why choose us?
