You will be responsible for managing the site team and ensuring compliance with occupational safety regulations. Responsibilities * Plan, organize, and supervise daily activities on building construction sites. * Coordinate and lead your assigned workforce, assigning tasks and monitoring performance. * Monitor work execution according to drawings, technical specifications, and the construction schedule. * Ensure compliance with occupational safety and health regulations on site. * Manage and control material resources, machinery, and tools required for project execution. * Track budget and schedule adherence, reporting any deviations. * Collaborate with the Site Manager in resolving technical and operational issues. * Provide periodic progress reports on construction status and work conditions. * Guarantee finish quality and proper execution of each project phase. * Interpret drawings and technical specifications to ensure accurate construction execution. Qualifications * Higher Vocational Training Degree in Building Construction and Civil Engineering, or equivalent qualification. * Minimum 3\-5 years’ experience as a Construction Site Manager in construction projects, preferably in residential or tertiary buildings. * In-depth knowledge of construction techniques, materials, measurements, and budgeting. * Leadership, team management, and problem\-solving skills. * Knowledge of and ability to apply occupational safety and health regulations. * Ability to interpret drawings and technical documents. * Willingness to work at various project locations. * Valid Class B driving license. * Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Presto) is desirable. **Seize the challenge.
