Governed by the Building and Premises Cleaning Collective Agreement We are seeking personnel to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks in offices and stores located within an industrial warehouse. Duties include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting floors, furniture, restrooms, and common areas, as well as emptying trash bins and restocking necessary hygiene supplies. Previous experience in a similar position is required. Completion of compulsory secondary education (ESO) or training related to cleaning is preferred, and holding a valid driver's license is recommended to access the workplace. This offer is for a temporary employment contract due to production circumstances, with an initial duration of 6 months, extendable. The working schedule will be part-time, totaling 20 hours per week during morning hours. Work will take place at warehouses located in Lugo de Llanera and Granda (Siero). Salary and working conditions will be governed by the Building and Premises Cleaning Collective Agreement.
