




Job Summary: We are seeking an administrative support professional to manage telephone and in-person customer and supplier service, logistical tasks, invoice registration, bank reconciliation, and basic accounting. Support in administrative procedures with public agencies and database management. We are looking for a candidate to perform administrative support duties in Avilés (Asturias). The role involves managing telephone and in-person service for both customers and suppliers. Daily responsibilities include logistical tasks, invoice registration, bank reconciliation, and basic financial accounting. Additionally, the candidate must provide support in administrative procedures with public agencies and ensure accurate data entry into the company's databases. To be eligible for this position, applicants must hold a disability certificate of at least 33% or have been granted permanent total incapacity compatible with these duties. A full-time temporary employment contract is offered. Working hours will be agreed directly with the company, and salary conditions will follow those stipulated in the applicable Collective Bargaining Agreement.
