AVAILABLE POSITION: At Spora, we are seeking 4 people to fill the role of environmental educator at mobile drop-off points and join the team responsible for monitoring the new waste collection service in the city of Girona. START DATE: 09/17/2025 END DATE: 10/17/2025 WORK LOCATION: Girona SCHEDULE AND HOURS: \- Full-time: 40 weekly hours. \- Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with the daily mandatory break WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are looking for 3 people with: • Responsibility and commitment, meeting deadlines and completing assigned tasks seriously. • Initiative and proactivity, capable of handling unexpected situations and working autonomously. • Strong planning and organizational skills to optimize distribution routes and time. • Good knowledge of the city of Girona and/or ability to navigate streets and urban areas easily. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES • Manual distribution of informational letters to private residential mailboxes. • Organization and planning of delivery routes to optimize time and territorial coverage. • Monitoring assigned areas and recording completed activities. • Identifying and reporting incidents during distribution (inaccessible mailboxes, missing addresses, etc.). • Coordinating with the project supervisor for material delivery and collection. • Ensuring proper use and maintenance of assigned materials (letters, route maps, identifiers, etc.). • Representing the project professionally and respectfully toward residents. * Experience: 3 months. Previous experience in similar mailbox distribution, delivery, or fieldwork in public spaces will be valued. * Catalan (spoken G, written G) * Skills / knowledge: • Knowledge of Girona (neighborhoods, streets, key locations, etc.). • High level of autonomy, responsibility, and personal organization. • Ability to plan and follow an efficient distribution route. • Availability to adapt to the project's schedule and pace. • Agility and good physical condition, as this is an active outdoor job. • Own transportation (bicycle, scooter, etc.) is valued but not required. • Skills to communicate respectfully and kindly when interacting with residents. • Positive attitude, commitment to the project, and willingness to work as a team. • Teamwork ability * Driver's license: B * Temporary employment contract (1 month) * Full-time * Other relevant information: SALARY: 18,000 € gross annually in 12 monthly payments.
