We love innovation! Currently, Hamelin Brands seeks to hire a Cost Controller for its Flacà (Girona) headquarters to join the Finance Department. The main mission of this position is to ensure cost and operational data control and reliability, support decision-making through analysis and monitoring, and drive continuous improvement and information quality to optimize efficiency and financial support. Therefore, a highly motivated and proactive candidate is required. **Main Responsibilities:** **1\. Costs and Controlling** a) Monthly costing and cost control for Production and Commercialization. b) Variance and margin analysis. c) KPI monitoring and dashboard creation. **2\. Operational Control** a) Validation of production data (ERP\-EFFY, Routings). b) Monitoring of in\-transit stock and subcontracting (intergroup goods). c) Review and analysis of anomalous margins and data consistency. **3\. Master Data Management (new product creation in SAP)** a) Creation and maintenance of item references and costs (report essential data). b) Tariff, order, and cost control. **4\. Continuous Improvement** a) Process automation. b) Data cleansing and data quality. c) Support to Finance in projects and financial closings. **Conditions:** * Permanent contract. * Working hours: Intensive shift (Monday to Thursday, 8:00–16:30 with 30 minutes for lunch) \+ intensive Friday (8:00–15:00). The job location is Flacà (Girona). * Education: Degree in Accounting and Finance, Business Administration (ADE), or equivalent. * Office software proficiency: Medium\-to\-advanced Excel skills and basic IT tools required; ERP (SAP or similar) and BI (Business Intelligence) experience highly valued. * Languages: Minimum fluency in Spanish/Catalan; English proficiency highly valued (for communication with the Hamelin Brands Group). * Experience and knowledge: Minimum 5 years’ experience in the responsibilities described above, within an industrial controlling environment. * Skills: Analytical profile, rigorous, results\-oriented, and proactive.
