We are looking for a Senior Software Architect with proven experience and strategic vision who wants to lead the transition from a monolithic architecture to a modular, scalable ecosystem ready to integrate advanced analytics and artificial intelligence. What will be your responsibilities? Design and define the architectural vision for internal platforms and establish the migration roadmap. Lead and grow a technical team (6\-7 people), ensuring quality, security, and scalability of solutions. Drive demand-driven development: prioritize needs, optimize capacity, and report key results. Coordinate with internal stakeholders (CIO, CTO) and external vendors as needed. Promote agile methodologies and a culture of continuous improvement. What do we require from you? \+7 years of experience in software development and architecture environments. Proficiency in .NET Core 8, C\#, Entity Framework, REST APIs. Experience with API Gateway / API Management, Service Bus, and CI/CD (DevOps). Solid knowledge of SQL Server (on\-prem/cloud) and secure development practices (Security by Design). Demonstrated capacity in demand and capacity management. Highly desirable: Experience leading technical teams and mentoring. Azure Architect / DevOps certifications (or equivalent).
