The Intermedia Foundation and the Main Foundation are opening a selection process to incorporate a trainer/teacher into the New Opportunities Program. This project is aimed at young people between the ages of 16 and 24 in vulnerable situations. The objective is to strengthen their educational path, supporting them in preparing for access exams and developing basic transversal skills. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: \- Education: university studies in progress or completed, preferably in the educational, social or similar field. Ability to teach all kinds of subjects up to 4th year of ESO level. \- Minimum 1\-2 years of experience as a teacher/trainer with young people in educational or training contexts. \- Good command of Catalan and Spanish, both oral and written. \- Digital skills at user level (Google Workspace, Canva, etc.) \- Availability and valid driver's license with personal vehicle. WILL BE VALUED: \- Experience in vulnerable contexts or programs funded by SOC and the European Social Fund. \- Experience in guidance or support for educational pathways. \- Ability to design dynamic and customized materials. \- Knowledge of active methodologies and socio-educational approaches. WORKING CONDITIONS: \- Part-time: 20 h/week (from 9 am to 1 pm, Monday to Friday). \- Contract: indefinite, expected duration until July 2026\. \- Salary: 2\.405 €/full time (pro-rated for 20 h). \- Workplaces: Mataró, Granollers and Badalona. \- Start date: November \- Design and deliver training in areas such as languages, mathematics, sciences and basic skills adapted to each young person. \- Prepare and facilitate content for access tests to Medium-Level Vocational Training cycles or support young people enrolled in GES at IOC. \- Provide individualized educational follow-up, adapting pace and approach according to their needs. \- Develop original teaching resources and activities using participatory methodologies (learning by doing, projects, gamification...). \- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure consistency with each participant's educational pathway. \- Enhance young people's motivation towards learning and continued education. Incorporate digital tools into learning processes, promoting active, personalized and experiential methodologies (gamification, visual learning, online collaborative tools, etc.). \- Carry out pre-employment orientation activities with young people: support in defining professional goals, resume writing, interview preparation and labor market awareness. * Experience 1 year.
