Parking Controller
**FUNCTIONS**
* Customer service (information and guidance to clients)
* Resolution of parking incidents \+ crane-related incidents.
* Monitor the proper functioning of ticket machines, computers, camera monitors, card terminals, telephones, barriers, etc., and report any possible issues.
* Assist users when required.
* Provide support at ticket payment machines.
* Record details of vehicles that may have damaged facilities or other parked vehicles, with the aim of resolving the issue through their insurance company.
* Immediately notify the maintenance supervisor of any damage found in the parking area (damaged barrier, broken machine, impacts on lampposts, etc.) if the responsible party was not seen.
* Count the change deposited in the cash register at the start of the shift, in the presence of the agent ending their shift, and sign the confirmation form.
* Report any incidents occurring during each shift to the supervisor and also record them in the observations section of the revenue sheet.
* Clean the restroom of the work station (for staff only).
