Your responsibilities will include: * Managing multi\-shift production operations and integrating processes for continuity and balance. * Overseeing maintenance and repair planning, including CAPEX projects, to minimize downtime and disruptions. * Driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and effectiveness across the plant. **Who we’re looking for** We’re looking for someone who is responsible, accountable, and ready to **Own this role**. We have an Innovation Laboratory currently expanding, with projects backed by several national awards (World Mobile Congress). We are growing and need to expand our staff by incorporating a new PROJECT MANAGER into our team at our LLEIDA branch. You will be responsible for managing projects within established timeframes, budgets, and quality standards, leading all phases including planning, supervision, and control until full execution. Thus, your main RESPONSIBILITIES will be: \- Plan and control TIC projects \- Continuously monitor project progress, timeline deviations, cost deviations, risks, and issues \- Client communication, organization of project meetings and follow-up meetings \- Management of technical personnel assigned to the project \- Reporting results to the operations manager \- Coordination with various departments supporting operations (HR, systems, logistics, backoffice, and administration). WORKING HOURS: Monday to Friday, 8\-5 PM (1 hour for lunch). SALARY: Your offer will be evaluated according to your experience and qualifications. * Experience required: 1 year. As a Project Director, you will work closely with technical and customer-focused roles. You will be an expert in Agile project methodology, managing dependencies, scope, risk mitigation, problem resolution, contract execution, and overseeing project timelines and budgets. **What we are looking for?** ------------------ * +3 years of experience in a customer-facing role such as project manager, consultant, account manager, or customer success. * Experience managing projects related to business applications, preferably in SaaS environments. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English. **We value positively:** ------------------------------ * Scrum Master certification or equivalent. * Written and verbal communication skills in Catalan. * Knowledge of Business Central or the ERP sector.
