At **iLERNA**, we are seeking an **Event & Trade Manager** who will design, lead, and execute our event strategy and trade marketing activities, aligning them with the brand and company growth objectives. **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:** * **Define the annual calendar of events and trade marketing actions:** Organizing educational fairs, school fairs, graduation ceremonies, and other key activities aligned with brand objectives. * **Oversee the design, planning, and execution of in-person, virtual, and hybrid events:** Ensuring each event runs successfully and meets company standards. * **Coordinate internal and external teams:** Managing suppliers, agencies, and freelancers to achieve smooth and efficient execution. * **Manage the overall budget for events and trade marketing:** Controlling and optimizing resources to maximize return on each action. * **Design activation strategies for fairs, conferences, and physical centers.** * **Negotiate agreements with partners, sponsors, and collaborators:** Establishing strategic alliances that add value to initiatives. * **Supervise the production of promotional materials and physical assets:** Ensuring quality and availability of all necessary elements for events. * **Measure the impact of each action using KPIs and prepare reports:** Analyzing results to continuously improve strategies. * **Collaborate with the Brand & Comms team to amplify visibility:** Working together to increase reach. * **Identify improvement opportunities and industry trends:** Detecting new ideas and approaches to keep us at the forefront. **What we are looking for:** * Minimum of 4 years of experience in event and trade marketing management. * Experience in the education sector is a plus. * Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or similar. A Master’s in Event Management or Trade Marketing is an advantage. * Knowledge of project management tools, CRM systems, and event platforms. * Skills in event production, logistics, negotiation, and point-of-sale activations. * Languages: Spanish, English at B2 level, Catalan is a plus. * Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently. **What awaits you at iLERNA:** * Permanent contract. * Flexible working hours with arrival between 8:00 AM and 9:30 AM and departure between 5:00 PM and 6:30 PM (1-hour break).
