Administration \& General Affairs** * Manage office and facility supplies, cleaning, courier, travel arrangements, and accommodation booking. * Support facility and vehicle management, coordination of maintenance, and service provider supervision. * Handle administrative documentation (contracts, invoices, supplier coordination) with Finance. * Support event organization (visits, meetings, celebrations, training sessions). * Act as a contact point for local authorities, service vendors, and expats when needed. **3\. EHS \& Facility Coordination Support** * Collaborate with the EHS Manager to ensure compliance in daily operations (safety documentation, PPE distribution, audits). * Support communication and reporting to HQ on EHS and facility\-related matters. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Administration, or related fields. * 2–4 years of experience in HR and administrative support, ideally in industrial or manufacturing environments. * Knowledge of Spanish labor law and HR administrative processes. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS systems is an advantage. * English level: intermediate or above (able to communicate with HQ and expats). * Chinese language is a plus. **Competencies:** * Detail\-oriented, organized, and proactive. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Responsible, trustworthy, and capable of handling confidential information. * Team player, adaptable to a multicultural environment.
