You will work in collaboration with your Store Manager, In\-Store P\&C Business Partner, and regional office teams to ensure alignment with the company's human resources strategy. You will be responsible for administering key processes such as recruitment and hiring, onboarding and integration, training and development, workforce planning, payroll, and performance management. You will support the store’s management team in coordinating interviews, validations, contract documentation management, and candidate tracking, always ensuring a positive experience for everyone involved in the recruitment process. Additionally, you will actively contribute to scheduling and workforce planning, absence and vacation tracking, and payroll adjustments, ensuring data accuracy in HR systems and compliance with legal regulations. You will also play a key role in enhancing team engagement and wellbeing by organizing events and activities that reinforce a positive culture in the store. You will support performance management, talent succession, and employee relations, ensuring Primark’s policies and processes are effectively implemented. In essence, your role will be fundamental in ensuring all People \& Culture processes are managed efficiently and aligned with the company’s values and objectives. **What we’re looking for** We are seeking an organized individual with strong attention to detail and analytical skills to efficiently manage multiple administrative processes. You must have excellent planning and task prioritization abilities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Effective communication skills are essential to interact with various teams and provide support on People \& Culture matters. We value a proactive approach, focused on continuous improvement and finding solutions that optimize internal processes. Previous experience in HR administrative management, particularly in retail or similar environments, will be highly valued, as well as knowledge of personnel management systems, scheduling, and payroll. As a rapidly expanding company, our needs are spread nationwide, and we aim for our teams to gain exposure to different business units to enhance their professional progression. Therefore, geographical flexibility is an essential requirement. You must hold an official qualification obtained within the last 3 years, such as a University Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Labor Relations, Law, or Business Administration, or an Official Master's degree in related fields.
