Learning internal maintenance procedures **Job Category:** ================= Temporary/Other **Job Family:** =============== Intern **Job Description:** ==================== **Main Responsibilities:** * Support in **preventive and corrective maintenance** tasks for machinery and plant facilities. * Collaboration in **reviewing and monitoring proper operation** of production equipment, packaging lines, refrigerated chambers, and auxiliary systems. * Participation in **fault detection**, assisting in diagnosis and basic repair of incidents. * Support in **mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic maintenance** tasks, according to training and knowledge level. * Collaboration in **tidiness, cleaning, and organization** of the workshop and maintenance areas, following company standards. * Basic recording and updating of **work orders and maintenance documentation**, under the supervisor's guidance. * Compliance with **safety, hygiene, and quality standards** specific to the food industry. * Support in preparing materials, tools, and spare parts required for interventions. * Learning and observation of internal maintenance procedures and industrial best practices.
