At **Grupo AKI**, we are seeking an **Official First-Class Body and Assembly Technician** to strengthen our workshop team. We are looking for a committed individual eager to become part of our group. **Key Functions and Responsibilities:** * Inspect vehicle damage, diagnose breaks and deformations, and document the inspection performed. * Perform assembly and disassembly tasks on deformed, rusted, or corroded parts, applying established work methods and safety standards. * Remove minor and moderate dents using multifunction tools. * Repair general sheet metal dents, including fender stretching, roof, rocker panel, door, etc., on a body jig or mini-jig. * Weld various components to ensure flawless repairs. * Understand and apply welding techniques using all types of welding machines for diverse objects and materials. * Interpret and apply stretching and alignment techniques on a body jig. * Understand and apply techniques for checking fitment and clearances. * Repair seats. * Replace and bond windshields and windows. * Repair locks and related components. **Minimum Requirements:** * Academic training; preferably Vocational Training Cycle (FPGS) in Automotive Engineering. * Official First-Class Body Technician. * Residency in Aranjuez with mobility. * Valid driver’s license. * Experience in bodywork, in a similar position, and professional appearance. * At least 3 years of experience in a similar role. * Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, approachability, and pleasant demeanor. * Ability to work effectively in a team, humility, discipline, and high frustration tolerance. * Flexibility and adaptability. * Goal-oriented, ambitious, motivated, with strong communication and negotiation skills. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. **Join our workshop team at Grupo AKI.** Salary: €25,000.00–€28,000.00 per year Application Questions: * Do you hold a valid driver’s license? * Do you reside in Aranjuez or have mobility to work in this location? * Do you have experience welding with various types of machines and materials? * Are you proficient in stretching and alignment techniques on a body jig? * Do you have experience operating multifunction tools for dent removal on sheet metal?
