Electrical Technician MINERA SANTA MARTA

**MINERA SANTA MARTA** We are **European leaders**, one of the **main global producers and marketers of sodium sulfate**, and part of the **SAMCA Group.** **YOUR MISSION** Our **Electrical Maintenance Technicians** working inside the mine are responsible for **performing preventive and corrective maintenance on installations, mobile machinery, and electrical-electronic equipment** to ensure maximum availability, all while complying with safety, environmental, and general company procedures; maintaining the workshop and equipment in good condition; and following the instructions of their immediate supervisor. Functions and responsibilities * You will be responsible for performing electrical-electronic maintenance on **indoor facilities and equipment** such as low-voltage panels, conveyor belts, or elevators. * You will carry out **preventive and corrective work** on **mobile machinery** such as shovels, backhoes, or jumbos. * You will keep the **work area organized and clean**, respecting **safety regulations**, procedures, quality standards, and environmental sustainability. * You will create and manage **work orders** using the SAP management tool. The work team You will join the Internal Maintenance team at our mine/industrial plant in Villarrubia de Santiago. This position reports to the Maintenance Supervisor. **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU** Minimum education/experience * Higher vocational training (**Advanced Level**) (FP II) in electricity, electronics, maintenance, or equivalent. * Valid **driver's license** class B. * Experience in **electrical and electronic maintenance of mobile machinery** in industrial or mining sectors. Desirable education/experience * Strong practical knowledge of industrial electricity. * At least 3 years of experience in maintenance of **mobile mining machinery.** Required competencies and skills * Commitment and responsibility. * Positive and collaborative attitude. * Teamwork. * Learning ability.
