Job Summary: We are seeking a home care assistant to support users in daily activities and promote independence, including children with disabilities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assistance with personal hygiene, dressing, feeding, and mobility at home 2. Medication supervision and management of medical appointments 3. Care for children with disabilities, promoting autonomy and social relationships We are looking for a home care assistant to work in Villarejo de Salvanés. The main responsibility is to ensure users' well-being by assisting them with basic daily living activities: personal hygiene, dressing, feeding, and mobility within the home. Medication is supervised according to medical prescriptions, medical appointments are scheduled as needed, and children with disabilities are supported in their home environment, fostering their autonomy and social relationships. This is a 30-hour-per-week position on a morning shift, from 7:00 to 16:00. A temporary contract is offered with the possibility of becoming permanent, and immediate start is available. * Vocational training at intermediate level as Social-Healthcare Technician, Technician in Care for Dependent Persons, or Certificate Program in Social-Healthcare Assistance at Home * Minimum of 6 months’ experience in a similar role is desirable. * Additional training in gerontology, food handling, or related fields. * Completion of training courses related to this field, as well as supplementary training promoting equality, will be considered favorably.
