




Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible culinary professional responsible for the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes, ensuring quality and hygiene. Key Highlights: 1. Stock management, order handling, and compliance with hygiene regulations. We are looking for a culinary professional to join our team in Cangas de Onís, Asturias. Main responsibilities will include meticulous ingredient preparation—from cutting and peeling to washing and organizing everything according to recipes. You will be responsible for cooking and presenting dishes, applying various cooking techniques such as grilling, oven-baking, or frying, always using appropriate utensils and tools. Additionally, you will ensure food quality and compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations, as well as manage stock and orders. A qualification such as a Technical Diploma in Cooking and Gastronomy or a related Professional Certification will be highly valued. We offer a permanent full-time employment contract with a salary commensurate with the applicable collective agreement.
