At Adam Foods, we are seeking an Industrial Process Engineer to lead industrial projects within our production and packaging lines. If you are a proactive professional with extensive experience in production processes and implementing improvements, this is your place! **What would be your mission?** To lead industrial projects focused on improving production processes and packaging lines, ensuring quality, operational efficiency, and compliance with current regulations. Ensure process optimization, adoption of new technologies and methodologies, and close collaboration with all involved departments. **What would be your responsibilities?** * Project analysis and definition: Analyze requests, define scope, and establish objectives in terms of quality, deadlines, performance, and budgets. * Process optimization: Review existing processes, propose improvements and innovative technological solutions. * Project management: Execute industrial projects taking responsibility for their scope, ensuring adherence to deadlines, quality, and budget. * Cross-departmental collaboration: Work with quality, production, occupational risk prevention, and maintenance departments to ensure regulatory compliance and operational efficiency. * Technological innovation: Participate in the implementation of new technologies that improve manufacturing and packaging processes. * Performance monitoring: Report and analyze process performance, anticipating potential deviations. * Compliance with safety standards: Ensure processes comply with current occupational safety regulations. * Communication and documentation management: Keep all project documentation up to date, communicate progress to relevant departments, and efficiently manage any deviations or changes. **What do we require?** * 5 years of professional experience in a similar role within an industrial environment. * Degree in Industrial Engineering or related technical field. * Proficiency in English and/or other languages. * Advanced knowledge of MS Office and AutoCAD.
