This Position reports to: Technical Support Manager **Your role and responsibilities** In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide technical assistance to internal and external customers and ensure timely and cost\-effective support in accordance with guidelines. The work model for the role is \#hybrid This role is contributing to the Product Line Autonomous Mobile Robots in Burgos, Spain. Main stakeholders are Project Engineering, R\&D and Portfolio \& Product department. You will be mainly accountable for: * Providing **Level 3 technical support** for internal customers such as Sales, Project Execution, Quality, SCM, Manufacturing, and Service.
