This Position reports to: Technical Support Manager **Your role and responsibilities** In this role, you will have the opportunity to provide technical assistance to internal and external customers and ensure timely and cost\-effective support in accordance with guidelines. Each day, you will contribute to customer satisfaction by executing support work according to customer expectations. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring customer retention by delivering superior customer experience. The work model for the role is \#hybrid This role is contributing to the Product Line Autonomous Mobile Robots in Burgos, Spain. Main stakeholders are Project Engineering, R\&D and Portfolio \& Product department. You will be mainly accountable for: * Providing **Level 3 technical support** for internal customers such as Sales, Project Execution, Quality, SCM, Manufacturing, and Service. It focuses on resolving complex technical issues and collaborating with R\&D and engineering teams to improve product reliability. * Displaying clear understanding of sense of urgency and care in your own area of responsibility and knowing how to communicate with stakeholders. * Taking actions to identify new business opportunities or training needs for the organization. **Our team dynamics** You will join a transversal multidisciplinary team of expert engineers, innovators, and problem\-solvers who thrive on collaboration and continuous learning.
