To support the Group’s growth and meet upcoming challenges, TARMAC Aerosave is seeking: **An Aeromechanical Maintenance Expert, on an indefinite contract, for our Teruel site** The Technical Expert is responsible for providing technical and quality support to the Team Leader. They observe tasks performed by mechanics and technicians during maintenance and modification activities, investigate and intervene as necessary to validate completed work. **Future challenges upon joining our company include:** * **Technical support and expertise:** Providing technical and quality support to operational teams, contributing expertise in complex activities, and supporting Project Managers on technical matters with clients. * **Inspections, checks, and compliance:** Performing execution checks (physical or documentary), carrying out final inspections, drafting and signing required documentation to ensure all activities comply with organizational procedures, as well as EASA/FAA regulations and requirements. * **Training and competency transfer:** Participating in the training of mechanics and technicians within their specialty. * **Planning and documentation:** Contributing to production activity planning and budget preparation for new projects. * **Quality, safety, and continuous improvement:** Adhering to safety instructions, using personal protective equipment, applying SMS (Safety Management System) standards, promoting workplace safety, and contributing to the continuous improvement process. **Position Requirements:** A valid **PART-66 B1.1 and/or B2 license**, as well as **type ratings** for Airbus and/or Boeing aircraft, are required. Proven solid experience in aeronautical maintenance under PART M and/or PART 145 regulations, performing inspection duties in planned production activities. Advanced **English proficiency**, with fluency in reading, speaking, and writing, is essential. Candidates must be capable of assuming objectives and challenges while ensuring effective performance management. They must act autonomously, rigorously, and with organization—structuring activities and efficiently managing priorities.
