We are looking for empathetic, proactive individuals to join a temporary, part-time project as the Cybersecurity Specialist Lead within Deloitte’s Cybersecurity team in Madrid. As part of this team, you will contribute to monitoring and enhancing Deloitte’s approved internal cyber strategy through the execution of specific projects and develop your expertise in cybersecurity. What is the challenge? Reporting directly to the CISO, you will jointly design the organization’s security strategy with them and oversee its implementation. Leading the monitoring of Deloitte’s cybersecurity metrics. Tracking and reporting on the proper progress of cybersecurity projects. Working with global, multicultural teams on high-impact projects. Technically, you will be a strong fit for this role if you meet the following requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering or Computer Science. A Higher Technical Degree in Computer Science and Communications or other technical degrees is also valued. At least five years of IT Security experience, particularly in one or more of the following areas: Regulatory compliance Security policy design Cybersecurity metrics and reporting Cybersecurity operations Experience with reporting systems (Power BI, Excel) Cybersecurity knowledge (blue team, red team) Familiarity with information labeling and classification Fluent English is mandatory, given the multinational work environment. An organized, versatile individual with initiative and common sense to analyze and synthesize information and manage tasks effectively.
